Where is Stardust?
Stardust is held at the iconic Tobacco Dock, Wapping Lane, London, E1W 2SF
How do we get to stardust?
Tobacco Dock is conveniently located close do DLR, National Rail and London Underground Stations;
Shadwell Station (5mins)
Canary Wharf DLR (15 mins)
Wapping Rail Station (6 mins)
Do I need ID?
The minimum age to enter Stardust is 21 unless stated otherwise. A valid ID will be required, we accept driving licence or passports.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes but if you have any specific needs then please email info@stardustldn.com and we will be happy to help.
What is the dress code at Stardust LDN?
We encourage festival wear… think Coachella / Boho-Chic. However, so long as you look ready to party and not wearing tracksuits / sportswear, you will be ok. Appropriate jeans and trainers are ok.
How do I upgrade my ticket?
A box office will be in operation, located on the ground floor. Here you will be able to purchase free flowing drinks wristbands.
What does the F + B tokens get you?
Each token can be exchanged for food and drink to the value of £6 at any of the lovely concession stands and bars. Tokens will not be accepted at
Do Free Flowing drink packages have a time limit?
Free flowing drinks wristbands can be used between the hours of 15:00 – 20:30.
Can I use cash at the event?
The bars will be accepting card only.
How do I purchase extra tokens?
Extra token can be purchased at the bar.
What if I have lost something at the event?
Any property handed to out staff will be taken to the secure production office for safe keeping. If you think you may have lost an item please make it known to a member of the production team, security, or stewards. Any property left after the event has finished will be removed from the venue and stored securely in the Stardust office until claimed.

Will there be a cloakroom?
There will be a free cloakroom in operation throughout the event.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas which includes E-cigarettes.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
Only if it’s for medical reasons.
What are the timings for DJs and acts?
Flyers will be available on the day which will include detailed timings for each performance. Mike Skinner will be playing opening set in the Great Gallery at 16:00 so get down early!
Can I leave and come back?
Unfortunately there is a no re-entry policy in operation.
What are the opening times?
Gates open at 14:00

What time is last entry?
Last entry will be at 21:00
Do you offer group rates?
Of course! Email info@stardustldn.com for bespoke offers
Do I have to pay for the immersive experiences?
Absolutely not. All immersive experiences are included in your ticket price.
Does stardust have a charity?
We are working with Tickets For Good who help distribute free tickets to various charities, helping make the event fully inclusive.
Can I bring my dog?
Only guide dogs are permitted.
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds on tickets. Please see Ticket Master’s refund policy for more information.
Photography and filming at Stardust
Commercial photography and filming will be taking place in all areas of the festival. By entering the venue, you agree for you image to be used for commercial purposes. Should you not want you image to be used please email info@stardustldn.com
